Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Through slow, deliberate strokes and deep pressure, this massage modality targets areas of chronic tension, helping to break up adhesions and relieve muscular knots. It's particularly beneficial for individuals with chronic pain, injuries, or muscle imbalances. While it can be intense, the goal is to alleviate discomfort and promote improved mobility, leaving you with a sense of profound relaxation and relief. Communication with your therapist on pressure level is key to a great deep tissue massage, so don’t be afraid to ask for more/less pressure if needed!

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Table Thai Massage

60 minutes: $100

Table Thai massage (offered by Brittany Douglas) is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
